Coaches Meetings
Every team has to be represented at the meeting by at least one coach. All coaches should be there if possible.
4 yr olds and 5 yr olds: Thursday, Feb 26th, 6:00pm at Signature Bank. 3878 N. Crossover Rd.
6 yr olds: Thursday, Feb 26th, 6:00pm at Southern Trend. 614 W Sycamore St. Come in the store, walk through to the back to the meeting room.
7 yr olds and 8 yr olds: Thursday, Feb 26th, 7:00pm at Signature Bank. 3878 N. Crossover Rd.
9 & 10 yr olds: Sunday, March 1st, 5:00pm at Signature Bank. 3878 N. Crossover Rd.
11 & 12 yr olds: Sunday, March 1st, 6:30pm at Signature Bank. 3878 N. Crossover Rd.
** NOTE **: Parents and coaches of age groups 4 - 8, you will get your practice days and times that night at the coaches meeting, you are welcome to start practicing on Saturday the 28th.
Parents, just letting you know that we could have a quick turnaround to start practices this year.
Some coaches may choose to start practicing on 2/28, some may not.
Just giving you a heads up to be prepared to get started possibly on 2/28.
For other age groups, ages 9 - 15, teams will start practicing the week of March 2nd.
We just want everyone to be ready to start practicing immediately after you know what team you're on.
Skills Exhibitions for 9 - 12 Yr Olds
Every team has to be represented at the exhibition by at least one coach. All coaches should be there if possible. Otherwise, you won't have much player info come draft time.
NOTE To Parents: If your player can't make it to either session for their age group, they will still be on a team; they won't be draftable though, they'll be placed on a team randomly.
If you have a conflict and can't make it to the session for your alphabetic group, feel free to attend the other session for your age group.
There is a sign-in process, so be sure to show up early enough for the players to get loosened up a little bit, throw some balls around, run around a little bit, and to get signed in.
Please plan to show up 20-30 minutes before your session starts so that we're not waiting for players to get signed in to start the exhibitions on time.
9 & 10 yr olds
Last Names A - M: 10:00am - 11:30am, Field 5, Saturday the 28th, Kessler Park.
9 & 10 yr olds Last Names N - Z: 11:30am - 1:00pm, Field 5, Saturday the 28th, Kessler Park.
11 & 12 yr olds
Last Names A - M: 10:00am - 11:30am, Field 6, Saturday the 28th, Kessler Park.
11 & 12 yr olds Last Names N - Z: 11:30am - 1:00pm, Field 6, Saturday the 28th, Kessler Park.
White River, all last names, ages 13 - 15, Sunday March 1st, 2:00pm, White River ballpark Field 1.
Note to coaches: the draft/coaches meeting will take place immediately following the skills exhibitions.

Since 1999, we have been "Leveling the Playing Field" for the youth of Northwest Arkansas by providing assistance to underprivileged children K-8th grade. Assistance comes in many forms, but ours is always sports related. We assist with recreational sports registration fees and the equipment necessary to play the sport so these children are given the same athletic opportunities as their peers.
