League Pitching Rules
For 9, 10, 11/12, and 13-15 Year Olds

1. One pitch constitutes an inning.
2. Once relieved from a game, the pitcher can not return to the pitcher position for any reason. Although the player can assume any other defensive position for the remainder of the game.
3. When a team is charged with its second trip to the mound, in the same inning, to the same pitcher, the pitcher must be removed from the pitching position for the remainder of the game. The pitcher may be moved to another defensive position.
4. A timeout charged to a team in the defensive position is considered a trip to the mound except for an injury or equipment repair timeout.
5. The pitching week is Sunday through Saturday
Regular season pitching rules:

Tournament Pitching Rules:
9 Yr olds:
2 innings per DAY max
6 innings per week max
No more than 2 days in a row. If a pitcher pitches on back-to-back days, he must take a day off before pitching for a third time.
10 yr olds:
2 innings per DAY max
6 innings per week max
No more than 2 days in a row. If a pitcher pitches on back-to-back days, he must take a day off before pitching for a third time.
11/12 yr olds:
3 innings per DAY max
9 innings per week max
No more than 2 days in a row. If a pitcher pitches on back-to-back days, he must take a day off before pitching for a third time.
13 - 15 yr olds:
3 innings per DAY max
9 innings per week max
No more than 2 days in a row. If a pitcher pitches on back-to-back days, he must take a day off before pitching for a third time.
** Pitching cards will be kept during the post-season tournament to help keep track of pitchers and how much they have pitched.
